This application operates exclusively as a private, single-tenant administrative utility hosted on verified infrastructure under teamwoods.us. It is not open to public registration, third-party multi-tenancy, or commercial resale.

Application Functionality

Hermes Agent executes triggered and scheduled operations for the verified owner:

  • Data Synchronization: Automating file management, document indexing, and archive routines across local private servers and Google Drive storage.
  • Administrative Communication: Sending automated operational alerts, health checks, and task summaries via Gmail and messaging webhooks.
  • Task & Schedule Coordination: Reading calendar schedules and managing task lists to synchronize daily operational workflows.

Google API Data Access Purpose

Hermes Agent requests OAuth scopes strictly to perform actions explicitly configured by the account owner:

  • Google Drive Scopes: Used solely to upload scheduled system backups, retrieve operational files, and organize designated directories.
  • Gmail / Communication Scopes: Used solely to dispatch server health summaries and process user-configured operational triggers.
  • Profile & Identity: Used to securely validate administrative sessions during OAuth authentication handshakes.

Google API Limited Use Disclosure

Hermes Agent's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
