These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and usage of TeamWoods ("the Application"). By deploying, accessing, or authenticating into the Application, you agree to these Terms.
This Application is maintained solely for private, domestic, and internal administrative automation tasks. It is not made available for public registration, commercial licensing, or third-party multi-tenant usage. Access is restricted exclusively to the system owner and explicitly designated internal accounts.
Users authorized to access the Application agree to:
The Application interfaces with external services, including Google Cloud APIs. Operation of these features is subject to external availability, network connectivity, and third-party rate limits. The Application owner reserves the right to modify or throttle internal pipeline executions to comply with provider policies.
The Application is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without express or implied warranties of any kind. As an internal administrative utility, uninterrupted uptime, complete error-free execution, or fitness for general commercial purposes are not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator and creator of the Application shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, script failures, API quota interruptions, or routine system maintenance.
Access privileges, automation endpoints, and operational configurations may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time by the system administrator without prior notice.
